Made from a flexible yet moderately strong material, it resists body deformation caused by aerodynamic drag. Compared to standard urethane bumpers, this design offers significant functional advantages. Airflow is directed into the body from the underside of the bumper, reducing chassis lift and enhancing ground contact.
