If you visit or shop at Excel RC, you hereby acknowledge that you have read the following conditions and agree to be bound by them. Please print these Conditions using your computer's print function. www.ExcelRC.com provides its services to you subject to the following Conditions Of Use ("COU") which include its Privacy Policy, which may be updated by www.ExcelRC.com from time to time without notice to you. You can review the most current version of the COU at any time on this page. It is your obligation to check our COU and related policies and make yourself aware of any changes that may have been implemented.

Pricing Disclaimer

All prices on this website are subject to change without notice. Whilst we make every effort to provide you with the most accurate, up-to-date information, occasionally, one or more items on our website may be incorrectly priced. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, or technical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Buddy RC shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.

An order may be canceled and refunded by us for any reason, including but not limited to; fraud, incorrect billing address, incorrect shipping address, other unverifiable information. You will usually receive notification of such a cancellation with an explanation.

Payments

We accept Shop Pay, Credit Cards through Shopify Payments, Paypal, Affirm, Acima Leasing, as well as several crypto currencies as payment.  We also have our own branded Synchrony card which gives you the ability to pay over time with no interest if paid in full according to the terms of the card.

Any missing items or orders not received within 30 days by the purchaser or intended recient must be reported to Excel RC.

Placing an order does not enter into a contract with Excel RC until the order is accepted.  Excel RC may choose to refuse the order, based on the lack of inventory, pricing errors, or concerns about payment.  Please read the Conditions Of Use for a full explanation of these items.

We reserve the right to refuse any payment and order if we are unable to verify information.

Your Account

You agree to take responsibility for any activity that takes place under your account or password. Excel RC does sell products useable by children, but its does not sell to children. It will sell to adults who buy on behalf of children. If you are under 18, you may only use our Web site with the consent and overview of a parent or guardian. Excel RC reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion.

Risk Of Loss

All product purchased from Excel RC is made based on our contracts with our shippers. This means that the risk of loss and title pass to you when the product is accepted by the shipping carrier.

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance under this Agreement (other than for delay in the payment of money due and payable hereunder) to the extent said failures or delays are proximately caused by causes beyond that party's reasonable control and occurring without its fault or negligence, including, without limitation, failure of suppliers, subcontractors, and carriers, acts of civil or military authorities, national emergencies, fire, flood, acts of God, insurrection, and war, provided the party involving this Section immediately provides notice thereof to the other and does everything reasonably possible to resume its performance thereunder. Dates by which performance obligations are scheduled to be met will be extended for a period of time equal to the time lost due to any delay so caused.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

Returns Policy

Within thirty (30) days of receipt of your shipment, you may return any of the following items, if the product is offered by ExcelRC.com and is not as described on the site, for a full refund:

Unless we made a mistake on your order, you are responsible for return shipping, and the cost of the original shipping to you. If we did make a mistake, we will reimburse you for the shipping, or issue you a call tag so the merchandise can be retrieved, at our discretion.

Prices
Price information published in catalogues, bulletins, price lists or on this site is not a definite quotation or offer to sell. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. ExcelRC.com cannot confirm the price of an item until you order. If an item's correct price is lower or higher than our stated price, ExcelRC.com will contact you for instructions prior to shipping.

By visiting Excel RC, you agree that the laws of the state of Michigan, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Excel RC.
